C2-Link

C2-Link is a command and control link service for unmanned aerial systems (RPAS). It offers real-time communication between the controller and the drone to ensure safe and efficient flight.

OUR ECOSYSTEMS

For the C2-Link

"Command and control link including video and data links."

UTM Canada deploys a C2-Link network that uses secure and reserved frequencies for SATP drones. This ensures reliable and secure communication between the controller and the drone, improving the safety and reliability of drone operations.

UTM Canada integrates many public frequencies to allow integration of the widest range of RPAS technologies, including 2.4 GHz, 5.8 GHz, 900 MHz, and more.

UTM Canada uses a mesh network for uninterrupted coverage over large distances. Network nodes communicate with each other to allow data transmission from any point, ensuring continuous coverage of the operational area.

UTM Canada uses different satellite technologies to control drones from anywhere in the world. The transmit and receive speed reaches over 100mb/sec with latency less than 250ms, providing reliable and fast communication for drone operations.

UTM Canada offers the possibility of combining several C2-Link technologies for optimal drone control. We control all aspects of merging these technologies for optimal performance.

SECURE FREQUENCIES

Using secure and reserved frequencies has many advantages for drone operators. First, it ensures better communications security by avoiding interference with other electronic devices. Additionally, reserved frequencies allow for greater bandwidth for data transmissions, resulting in higher transmission quality and greater reliability.

Secure frequencies are also more flexible and can be used for specific applications, such as air traffic surveillance and reconnaissance operations. By using reserved frequencies, operators can be confident that their communications will not be disrupted by other users, allowing for better mission planning and execution.

In addition to using secure frequencies, UTM Canada is also an expert in RF system integration. We can help operators integrate secure frequencies into their transmission equipment, taking into account their specific needs and modifying them if necessary to ensure optimal performance. Additionally, our team of experts can also help troubleshoot data transmission issues and keep systems in top working order.

In summary, the use of secure and reserved frequencies is a key advantage for drone operators. This guarantees better transmission quality and greater reliability of communications, while allowing operators to better plan and carry out their missions. And by using UTM Canada to integrate these frequencies into transmission equipment, operators can be sure of getting the best possible performance.

NODE NETWORK

At the house of UTM Canada, we pride ourselves on deploying a premium drone communications network that provides uninterrupted coverage over great distances.

This network is based on mesh technology, which consists of a network of nodes linked together to allow the transmission of data in real time. This technology offers several advantages for drone operations, including:

  1. Extensive coverage: UTM Canada's mesh network allows coverage of large geographical areas, even in remote or hard-to-reach areas.

  2. Increased reliability: in the event of a node failure, data can be transmitted by other nodes to ensure continuity of service.

  3. Scalability: The network can easily be expanded to support new drones and equipment without affecting system performance.

  4. Flexibility: Network nodes can be moved or reconfigured to adapt to changing operational needs.

By using our mesh network, drone operators can be assured of reliable and extensive communication coverage for their missions, regardless of their location.

At the house of UTM Canada, we are committed to providing the best drone communication solutions, and our mesh network is another example of our commitment to quality and innovation.

SATELLITES

UTM Canada offers reliable and high performance satellite connectivity for drone control systems (SATP). We use a combination of satellite technologies to allow operators to control drones from anywhere on the planet. Our systems allow transmission and reception speeds of up to 100 mb/sec, with a latency of less than 250 ms.

The use of satellite technologies for drone control offers many advantages. First, it enables uninterrupted coverage over large distances, which is particularly useful for long-range drone missions or in areas where terrestrial connectivity is limited or absent. By using a combination of satellites, we can provide reliable connectivity even in the most extreme conditions.

PUBLIC FREQUENCIES

UTM Canada has integrated public frequencies, such as 2.4Ghz, 5.8Ghz, 900MHz, and other frequencies, into its network to provide great flexibility in users' choices for transmission equipment. This allows more users to take advantage of the power of our facilities. With C2-Link's large network including secure and reserved frequencies, UTM Canada offers unparalleled reliability for drone communications. The combination of public frequency integration with secure and reserved frequencies provides users with complete confidence in UTM Canada's ability to ensure safe and reliable communications for drone control. This makes our network unique and very attractive to users looking for confidence in their drone operation.

RF REDUNDANCY

UTM Canada by using C2-Link's most advanced technologies and being able to merge them to take advantage of different frequencies, is able to offer reliable and efficient connectivity for drones in any environment. With our expertise in RF systems integration, we are able to customize settings for each operation based on each user's unique needs.

For example, in sparsely populated areas, we can use public frequencies to maximize our network reach and provide stable connectivity. In densely populated areas, we may use reserved and secure frequencies to ensure safe flight operations and data protection.

Our C2-Link network is capable of covering large distances and providing uninterrupted connectivity, making it an ideal choice for large scale drone operations. Additionally, we are able to deliver high transmit and receive speeds, along with minimal latency, to ensure smooth and reliable connectivity for drone users.

In sum, by using UTM Canada's network, users can take advantage of the power and reliability of our facility to perform drone operations with reliable and efficient connectivity, regardless of the environment.
